• Neuraly charges a initial and follow-up consultation fees. You will be charged the initial consultation fee before your pre-assessment consultation. This consultation fee will be refunded to you if the doctor determines the virtual consultation is not suitable for you.

    Once your refund is processed, please allow 5-10 business days for the funds to be returned to your account.

    You will not be eligible for a refund if you have already had your consultation.

  • Neuraly is a busy service, and our appointments are in high demand. This cancellation/non-attendance policy is designed to ensure fairness to both patients and doctors. The following applies:

    Pre-admission

    Patients not attending or cancelling their pre-admission appointment will NOT be charged however as we hope you understand, we would appreciate as much notice as possible.

    Cancellation prior to doctor consultation

    Cancellations after pre-admission and before your appointment with the doctor will incur a 50% fee of your total payment (excluding transaction and merchant fees) i.e. we will withhold 50% and refund 50%.

    Rescheduling appointments

    We would appreciate as much notice as possible but a minimum of 24 hours notice is required to avoid being charged a cancellation fee. Rescheduling with less than 24 hours notice will incur a 50% fee of your total payment (excluding transaction and merchant fees) i.e. we will withhold 50% and refund 50%.

    Fees are charged automatically. If you feel you have extraordinary circumstances and cannot attend an appointment, please contact us to discuss at care@neuraly.com.au.
