Neuraly uses a proprietary neurological specific monitoring platform to ensure your ongoing personalised care.

The process starts with a virtual pre-admission consultation with one of our experienced Neurology Physician Assistants (NPA). Your dedicated NPA will help guide you on your journey with us.

At your pre-admission appointment our NPA will help you complete a specially designed questionnaire to ensure everything is in place before you have your virtual consultation with an experienced neurologist.

Your NPA will facilitate completion of several clinical questionnaires detailing your headache and migraine and its impact on your life.

You will then have a consultation with one of our experienced neurologist and undertake any relevant medical tests.

Neuraly also provides ongoing monitoring and management of your headache and migraine.

We understand that headaches and migraines are already making your daily routine difficult so we have designed our friendly service to be as convenient as possible.

Your virtual visit starts with a video pre-admission from the comfort of your own home at a time that is convenient for you.

Your NPA will guide you through the process and ensure that all your clinical information is collected so that it is readily available to the neurologist.

You will then have a virtual consultation with your neurologist who will discuss and manage your Headache and Migraine and answer any questions you may have.

Neuraly is suitable for anyone suffering headaches and migraines who would like to see a leading neurologist as soon as possible from the comfort of their own home.

The doctor will determine if a virtual consultation is suitable for you or if you should visit a neurologist for in-person medical care.

This service provides excellent access to neurologists for people living in regional areas in Australia where there is limited access to specialist care.

Neuraly uses clinical protocols developed by our team of neurologists based on 25+ years of clinical experience.

We look forward to and prefer working with your General Practitioners (GP) to provide you with optimal care of your Headache and Migraine.

A referral from your GP will also enable you to receive a Medicare rebate for your neurology consultation.

You can also access Neuraly directly without a GP referral however you will not receive a Medicare rebate for your neurology consultation.

Fee varies depending on whether you hold a concession or health care card. Your out-of-pocket fee also depends on whether you have access to Medicare and referral letter from your GP.

Neuraly can be covered under your Workers Compensation and Third Party insurance however a pre-approval from your insurer is required. Our Neurology Physician Assistants can help obtain this for you. If you already have a pre-approval please email this to care@neuraly.com.au
